Champion Townhomes at Pecan Grove is looking for an Assistant Service Technician.

As a member of the Maintenance and customer service team, you will be responsible for maintenance within an apartment community. A technician must be able to clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner at all times. HVAC certified required.

Immediate opening for qualified, Assistant Service Technician. This position will require call sharing with the Lead Service Technician. HVAC certification is required.

Prior apartment maintenance is beneficial.

This person has the following responsibilities while on duty at the property: Must carry a pager at all times while on duty. Periodically check the office / clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, laundry rooms and storage areas. Patrol the entire property periodically, paying particular attention to the areas identified by the Property Manager on the attached property map. Respond to all lockouts and disturbance calls and report these incidents to the Property Manager. Report all exterior property lights that are out on the attached Patrol Report. Respond to emergency calls by the Property Manager or the property.
