Although most due diligence reports are tailored to meet individual investor’s needs, they principally contain core information such as a rent roll analysis, lease audit, submarket analysis, interior and exterior inspections, along with physical improvement and energy savings recommendations.
We also do existing site staff critiques and prepare detailed marketing recommendations addressing the subject property’s position in its submarket. Marketing recommendations include price point analysis, curb appeal enhancements, amenity analysis, and clubhouse/office improvements. Our team also identifies liability issues from a risk management perspective.
