Ed Ducoff received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio, and a M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, New Jersey.

Since 1966, he has been involved in many phases of the real estate industry, from multi-family brokerage and syndications, to market identification, market research, financial and marketing feasibility studies, site selection/acquisition, and development coordination for national multi-family developers.

In 1976, Ed started his own property management firm, then co-founded Pace Realty in 1980. Ed is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management as a Certified Property Manager, and is a past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of 1990’s "Who’s Who" in the Real Estate and Development Industries.
