How To Use the Pace Intranet
Pace Apartment Toolbox: All Website related activities have been relocated to the Pace Apartment Toolbox. With a single entry point for the end user, properties can view all reports, make floor plan changes, obtain logos and images, and check out shopping reports. This new tool makes it easier for Pace employees to manage property Websites. Each individual Pace associate will have a unique user ID and Pass Code. Staff Login via www.pacerealty.com
- Go to www.pacerealty.com
- Click on Staff Access
- Login using your individual login and password.
- Follow the related links and instructions for the Pace Apartment Toolbox.
Apartment Toolbox Menu
Each Link is a related function:
- Art Center: Find and download images of property collateral (logos, floor plans etc.). Also upload images of property collateral for storage and easy access for your apartment community.
- Bulletin Board: Click here to update your community Bulletin Board.
- Dynamic Floor Plans: Click here to update your Website floor plans with current real time rental rates and specials.
- Edit Property: Click here to update your AptPages profile along with all associated locator Website.
- LiveStats: Click here to view your Website traffic report.
Special Note: The only thing that has changed is the point of entry to update property information. If you are an enhanced website, you still cannot delete the “#” sign.
Also, now all Regional Property Mangers have a single point of access to view their portfolio for audits and information.
Operations Center Menu
- Due Dates Checklist: Calendar and checklist of reports and when they are due to the Corporate office.
- Document Center: Download most forms provided by the Corporate office.
- Resite: Click here to connect in a new window to your property account from Resite. This is only for properties with Resite accounts.
