Steve graduated with a B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1972, and continued his education with graduate studies at North Texas State University.

He began a career in property management in 1974, and has directly supervised the construction and management of apartment communities, office buildings and medical plazas. Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Pace properties.

Steve is past president of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. Steve served two years as Vice President-at-Large for the Texas Apartment Association and has been a valued Pace associate since 1984.
