Marketing and Training
There are many layers to the Pace Realty Training Program, known internally as "Pace University".
The Training Director oversees training for associates at all levels through Pace University, an internal educational program for internet based and group training sessions of material related to the marketing and leasing of multifamily communities. Important topics such as Fair Housing, Sales, Customer Service, and Affordable Housing compliance are just a few of the subjects taught by our in-house trainers.
Pace Realty's Mentor Program utilizes the skills and experience of a select group of tenured associates to teach and reinforce company policies and procedures, as well as support senior level management in ensuring that the Pace corporate culture is passed on and reinforced to all Pace associates. Recognition and rewards are an integral part of the marketing and training effort.
The Technical Trainer of Software Systems teaches and supports property personnel who use various software applications for daily operations.
Finally Pace Realty has a team of Senior Maintenance Coordinators who oversee our Safety Program and who support the onsite Service Teams for covering staff vacancy or personal time off, training and supporting team members and providing additional assistance in lieu of calling a service company, thus saving our clients money.
